Terms & Conditions

Thank you for uploading your ID documents to register as a seller with us. I have accepted these for you now so you are all set to go to start listing at auction with us. Welcome!

A couple of things to make you aware of:

We hold monthly collective auctions which will be featured on our website, iBidder, plus Bidspotter or the Saleroom where appropriate. It's completely free to list up to 50 items in our collective auctions, and we do not charge any seller commission. We charge a buyers premium of 26%, so we kindly ask that this is factored in when setting your reserves. We have options for you to hold stand-alone, private auctions should you have a large amount of lots or a more specialist auction, so just drop me a message if you would like to explore this route and we can have a chat to discuss further.

Our auctions are online timed auctions that run for a minimum of 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks bidders can browse and bid. When the auction ends the highest bidder (providing they have met the reserve you have set) will be sent a payment request. They will have 2 days to make payment, and once received they will get your contact details to make arrangements for collection or delivery.

You can offer free delivery on your auction and factor that into your reserves, or if you are charging for delivery then you would take payment directly from the customer for the shipping element. If you are charging for shipping please include an approximate cost in the lot description.

When the lot has been dispatched or collected, you would need to log into your account to mark the lot as shipped and submit a payment request. We would then be able to make payment to you 14 days later.

Please see attached copy of our 'Sellers Bible', which includes some really useful information about selling with us and a step by step guide on the listing process. If you have any questions at all please drop me a line and I will be happy to help.

Kind Regards
Jade
