The entire contents of a Performing Arts Theatre Company, the stock is vast, housed in a two-storey warehouse, it comprises in excess of 5,000 traditional costumes, Georgian, Victorian, and Edwardian-style clothing, 1940's and 50's-style clothing, gent's suits, gent's tail coats, uniforms, hats, top hats, antique and vintage shoes and boots, cravats, ties, braces, scarfs, Waistcoats, animal costumes, wedding dresses, fur coats, theatre lights, scenery and stage backgrounds, pantomime stage flats, Adams Family, Matilda Junior, Frozen, Sponge Bob, many many accessories and props. Offered for sale as one entire lot, the buyer must satisfy themselves with the volume and conditions of the warehouse contents, many of the costumes are ex Alan Graham costumes. Important Information
This timed auction is for the entire stock contents of a Performing Arts Theatre Company which is located in postcode area DH3. The building has many rooms split on two levels with good access. The purchaser must deemed themselves satisfied with the stock contents and have the ability to remove un-assisted the moveable contents. Please connsult the auctioneers for further information. The vendor would like the entire building cleared in a time frame which is suitable following the end of the auction.
Terms & Conditions
The succesful bidder will pay a 10% non refundable deposit immediately following the end of the auction. This will be taken from the card used to register for the sale and will not be given notice. The buyer will then be required to pay the balance by BACS within 10 working days of the end of the sale.
Bidders must satisfy themselves with the entire stock contents of the building, including condition and volume concerned. Under no circumstances will any refunds be given following the end of the timed auction.
