These standard terms and conditions set out the contract terms between a vendor and purchaser of goods. As the auctioneer, we are not involved in any way regarding any legal contract. The auction site and this document will explain your rights and obligations. You will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions when you click “I have read and accept the Auctioneer’s Terms and Conditions “on the auction website and accept them as being fair and reasonable.
All lots purchased, whether sold at a physical or on-line auction or sold directly by private treaty, will be governed by these terms and conditions and enforced in accordance with the laws of England.
Sherwood Commercials may revise/update these Terms & Conditions and website/auction content at any time by amending this page/auction listing website. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding upon you. The auctioneer will decide the conduct of the auction without having to give reason.
