Introduction
Perkins George Mawer & Co., Chartered Valuation Surveyors & Estate Agents, Agricultural & Fine Art Auctioneers are pleased to announce this Major Dispersal Sale by Auction of Farm Machinery & Estate Equipment plus quantity of furniture and miscellaneous items on behalf of Rumford Farms, Dalby Hall Estate, Dalby, Spilsby, Lincolnshire, PE23 4PN following a change in farming policy.
Items may be viewed on Friday 12th May between 1.00pm and 6.00pm and on the morning of the sale from 8.00am.
Every attempt has been made to describe the various items accurately but not all items have been inspected and therefore the descriptions as provided cannot be guaranteed as accurate.
Buyers Numbers
The selling will be by purchaser number cards. Bids will not be accepted without a buyer's number. All prospective purchasers are asked to register and obtain a buyer's card at the pay office immediately upon entering the sale ground.

The sale will also be carried out in conjunction with I-Bidder. Further details are available via the I-Bidder website together with terms and conditions. An additional 2% plus VAT buyers commission is payable for those lots purchased online.
Commission Bids
The Auctioneers are pleased to accept commission bids on behalf of those interested parties unable to attend the sale.
Terms of Payment
All lots must be paid for on the day of sale by either cash/cheque/personal debit card. Credit cards and Business Debit cards will incur a fee of 2% plus VAT. Purchasers unknown to the Auctioneers paying by cheque will be prevented from removing purchased goods until cleared funds have been received. Those wishing to remove goods on sale day are required to provide a bank reference. The Auctioneers reserve the right to withhold purchases at their own discretion.
Buyers Premium
A Buyers premium of 5% plus VAT is payable in addition to the purchase price with an additional 2% plus VAT payable on lots purchased via I-Bidder.
VAT
VAT at the standard rate will be charged in addition to the purchase price.
Loading Facilities
Loading facilities will be available on site on the day of the sale and on Sunday 14th May 2017 between 9.00am and 12noon, thereafter between 9.00am and 5.00pm up to Saturday 20th May 2017.
PAT Testing
Electrical items will be tested.
CCTV
Please be aware a closed circuit camera recording facility is in operation on the site.
Log Books/Operators Manuals
Will be displayed in the pay office for prior inspection, where available.

Important Notes
All purchased lots must be removed from the sale ground by Saturday 20th May 2017 at the latest. The Auctioneers reserve the right to dispose of all items left on the site thereafter and take no responsibility for missing lots, no exceptions.
For Health and Safety reasons no loading of purchased items to take place until the selling has been concluded.
