Item Conditions
Wherever possible, we have tried to be transparent as to the condition of each lot. It is the purchasers responsibility to satisfy themselves prior to bidding regarding the condition descriptions which are to be taken solely as a guide.
Buyers Premium
A buyers premium of 20%+vat applies to all lotted items unless otherwise specified with an additional 1%+vat online auctioneers fee.
Payment
All lots MUST be paid for in full within 24 hours of the conclusion of the sale, via BACS transfer.
VAT
VAT is payable on the bidders premium.
Please review each individual lot to determine if VAT is applicable for the item and if chargeable.
Collection of Goods
All lots must be collected without exception by the date as displayed on the auction information.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that adequete transport, manpower and/or lifting equipment / dismantling tools are in place for the collection appointment.
All collection appointments are strictly by appointment.
Goods not collected within this timeframe as noted within the auction conditions and if not collected on these set days, will be deemed forefeited without refund.
