Dispatch
Eddisons do not offer a dispatch service however we can offer a packaging service, depending on our availability of packaging materials, for the buyer to book their own courier.
If the buyer would like their lot to be packaged up, we will add them to a request list, then once on-site collections are finished, we will provide a quote for packaging up your lots.
If your items are of high fragility, then we have specialist couriers we can recommend who will come in and professionally package your lots and send them to you.
We may also be able to quote for palletising of your lots, we will add your quote to a request list, then once on-site collections are finished our warehouse team will quote to palletise your lots, if accepted we will then invoice you for this service and email you to confirm the dimensions and an approx. weight to enable you to book your pallet collection.
Quotes can be requested before the Auction Closes.

Auction Close
At the close of the timed Online Auction Sale final bid figures will be submitted to the seller for its approval and any Bid shall be subject to approval and acceptance by the Company/Seller.
No bid may be withdrawn and the Company/Seller does not bind himself to accept the highest Bid or any other Bid placed in the course of the online Auction Sale.
Please note that Lots are SOLD AS SEEN, are not testednor are they guaranteed to work and/or be complete.
There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances
Export
The Purchaser is entirely responsible for all customs and excise duties including all paperwork requirements.
For all EU & International purchasers you will have to pay the VAT in the first instance (applied as a bond to your invoice) and once we receive copies of bills of lading and delivery notes confirming the delivery of goods to the final destination, which is to our satisfaction we will refund the VAT. VAT is not refundable on the buyer’s premium. The bills of lading will need to quote the Invoice Number and Eddisons Auction number, in order for us to match up your bills of lading with the correct invoice. We require these documents within 90 days of the invoice date.
Late Collections
Failure to arrange collection within the advertised collection dates WILL incur storage fees, as laid out in the Auction Terms and Conditions. Eddisons reserve the right to charge a minimum of £5 + VAT per lot per day or £10 + VAT per pallet space per day for lots not collected within the removal deadline.
Any lots that are paid for, but not collected within the designated day/s of collection or without prior arrangement with the Auctioneer will be treated as abandoned and dealt with by the auctioneer as they see fit, if not collected by Thursday 2nd October.
Please remember to inform us if you intend using a courier, to avoid us disposing of goods you might think have already been collected
