Please note that no refund will be issued for any not collected items, goods, or assets. And if charges occur in disposing the buyer’s items, goods, or assets, the buyer will be hold full responsible to cover the gross cost of the disposal. Failure to comply with the cost, legal procedures will be taken to recover the costs and the solicitors, and other additional cost that might occur. 5.
