Buyers Commission: 10% Plus Vat on the Hammer Price
Internet Surcharge: 2% Plus Vat on the Hammer Price
Vat: All bids Exclude VAT. VAT of 14% will be charged on all goods, which will be added to the buyers invoice.
Vehicle Processing Fee: There will be R1754.39 plus Vat vehicle paper processing fee charged per vehicle. Please note that licensing papers may not be available on auction day for administrative reasons. Please note that Natis documents may take up to 14 days. Aucor does not confirm year of manufacture of any registered vehicle and only has knowledge of date of liability for first licensing.
Payment: All purchases must be paid in full by 15h00 Tuesday 23 June 2015 by EFT. Cash Deposits into our bank account will attract an administration fee of 2%.
Bank Finance: Clients being financed are required to provide proof 100% bank financing or alternatively to lodge a 10% deposit of the invoice total at the conclusion of sale. Clients must provide Aucor with a bank release note within 48 hours from conclusion of sale; however goods will only be released on confirmed receipt of payment from the bank.
Dispatching Times: Thursday 16 July 2015 from conclusion of sale to 16h00, Friday 17 July 2015 from 08h30 to 16h00, Monday 20 July 2015 from 08h30 to 16h00 and Tuesday 21 July 2015 from 08h30 to 16h00. There will be no dispatching of goods during the auction sale – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. All purchases are at buyer’s risk. Storage at R250 per day will be charged per lot on late collections from 22 July 2015.
Fica Requirements: Kindly note the following FICA documents are required on registration:
- If purchasing in your personal capacity, a copy of ID and recent (not older than 3 months) proof of residence is required
- If purchasing in your company name a copy of company registration form CM1 or CK1, CM46, CM9, a utility bill & CM29 or Resolution from company authorising representative to bid is required.
- If purchasing where the person is not a RSA citizen, a copy of passport and proof of residence if living in RSA is required.
